สรุปTo enhance its global standing and legal efficacy in resolving cross-border disputes, China is actively developing its international commercial arbitration system alongside domestic judicial coordination mechanisms. Despite significant progress and adherence to international enforcement frameworks like the New York Convention, China’s international commercial arbitration still faces operational hurdles, including statutory discrepancies with the UNCITRAL Model Law, unclear functional boundaries between courts and arbitral bodies, and remaining concerns regarding institutional independence. To address these friction points, this study proposes a multi-dimensional collaboration framework structured around value, structural, and dynamic levels—focusing on party autonomy, streamlined judicial assistance (such as evidence preservation and award enforcement), and policy balancing between localization and globalization—thereby elevating China's service credibility, judicial efficiency, and discourse power in global dispute resolution.
